Pillow packaging machine problems and maintenance
1. The temperature is too high and the speed is too slow. When the heat resistance of the outer layer of the coating is poor, the seal will show signs of burnt wrinkles. The maintenance method is to adjust the speed, reduce the temperature, and replace the film material.
2.The knife holder is too high or too low, and the packing speed is too fast. When the push rod and the cutter are not synchronized, the cutter will cut on the product. The method of maintenance is to reduce the packing speed, adjust the height of the end seal parts, and make the center of the seal The middle position of the product height.
3. The color of the film color label is too light, and the film drive slips. When the color label tracking is not turned on, the cutting position will deviate from the color label. At this time, the maintenance method is to refer to the packaging machine manual and adjust its sensitivity. In the man-machine dialogue interface, Switch the tracking mode to “Tracking Cut”.
4. The solid-state circuit breaker burns out, the temperature control meter is damaged, and the temperature meter cannot control the temperature when the thermocouple is damaged. The maintenance method is to replace the thermocouple, replace the temperature control meter, and replace the heating element.
5. The speed is too fast, the inner layer of the film has poor heat-sealability. When the temperature is too low, the seal will leak or become insecure. The maintenance method is to slow down the speed, increase the temperature, and replace the film material.
6. The air pressure is abnormal, the swing lever of the cylinder is loose, and the heating temperature is low. When the hot-pressing roller and the transmission roller are not parallel, the heat sealing failure will occur. The maintenance method is to adjust the parallelism and adjust the temperature and air pressure to tighten it.
